School questions.
When does on-site work happen?
After school hours, on weekends or during breaks. We do not take on-site school-day roles. Your school designates a staff point person for daytime basics like cart swaps and reboots.
How are school plans billed?
Monthly, on a 12-month agreement aligned to the school fiscal year (July–June). Purchase orders are welcome.
Can you help with E-Rate?
Yes. Site surveys flag E-Rate-eligible items, and School Plus and Partner include budget, E-Rate and procurement planning support.
What happens to student data?
It stays in your school’s systems. We sign a data-privacy and confidentiality agreement, and student data never lives on our devices.
