Is my data safe?
We configure business plans with data controls and sharing rules, and write a short acceptable-use policy so staff know what not to paste in. Privacy notes are part of every roadmap.
Who pays for the AI subscriptions?
You do, at cost, directly to the vendor. These typically run $20–$50 per user per month plus any platform fees.
How do payments work?
