Privacy policy

Primavera IT Solutions LLC (“Primavera IT,” “we”) runs primaverait.org. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. Short version: we only use what you send us to reply to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Form submissions. When you use a form, we receive what you type: name, email, business, domain, phone (optional), team size and your message.
• Booking details. If you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and chosen time.
• Basic analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to count page views. It does not identify you or track you across sites.

How we use it

• To reply, schedule your call or check-up, and prepare a quote.
• For a check-up, we look up your domain's public DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). We don't access your systems without your written permission.
• We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who processes it

Forms are handled by our website host (Netlify). Email lives in Google Workspace. Bookings use Calendly. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

Retention & your choices

We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and for normal business records. Ask us any time to see, correct or delete what you sent us.

Client data

For clients, your accounts and data stay yours. We use delegated admin access and hand everything back at offboarding. For schools, student data stays in the school's systems and never on our devices.
